We always have a great time at this place. The patio is awesome, the food is solid pub food that is well made and the beer selection is awesome. Add in the really friendly staff and it's hard to find a better place. If you want a great place to unwind, this place hits on all of the numbers.

There is out door and indoor sitting. Posting a new menu. I was looking forward to fried pickles 😂 but they don't have it anymore. There was no server so we had to order at the bar. The staffs are great. Didn't take any pictures of the food … More

First time for my wife and I visiting The Brass Tap. It was a cool experience. The waiter was friendly and service was fast. The Brass Tap is bigger than what it looks like on the outside. Our drinks were decent in taste. In the back is where live music being played outside. We will give The Brass Tap another time

Mixed feelings. Food (2 stars) and good beer (4 stars). Service was decent; will go back for beer for sure but careful with food. Interestingly, it's difficult to find pubs/bars in Round Rock with food varieties. Live music is missing in the outdoor

Allen's attentive and respectful service is exceptional and keeps us coming back to The Brass Taps repeatedly. We see Allen as the face of this business and we are thankful his shift happens to coincide with our regular date nights. His comportment is exemplary and this establishment is incredibly fortunate to retain his services. As a regular patron of this establishment I hope to hear Allen soon recieves a raise for his outstanding excellence in service above and beyond expectation or pay.
The food is exceptional on every count! There are several wheat-free sugar-free options AND they are more than happy to do what they can to accommodate your personal dietary needs. This place is incredibly chill and relaxing. The perfect place to date your life mate or hang out with friends and family (including pets outside!)

We went on a Tuesday evening randomly because we had some time to spare before going to an Express game. We had some great drinks during happy hour and stumbled upon Tuesday Trivia night! Had an amazing time and ended up staying halfway through the game just to keep playing Trivia. More

Good beer menu and a great beer drinking atmosphere. Larger than expected when we found the rear outdoor area. Ordered the cheese curds and buffalo cauliflower. Curds were excellent but portions small. The Buffalo cauliflower portions were minimal to the point where I felt ripped off. $11 gets you maybe 2 cups of cauliflower. Lots of good options in the downtown Round Rock area.

The Brass Tap is a fun, lively place to grab a drink and hang out with friends. Their beer selection is massive, covering everything from local brews to international favorites, and the food pairs perfectly — especially the wings and flatbreads. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the vibe is always upbeat. Great spot for game nights or casual evenings out.

Great beer..recommend the rootbeer flavored beer. Great service and atmosphere but lacking in modern bar food preference. Dog friendly patio (yay) but not ADA wheelchair accessible or harder to travel with one with high top chairs and bar chairs. Seating is available outside but it was 98 degrees. A great place to drink but there's not a salad or non fried or breaded item on the menu (grilled cauliflower exception). Highly recommended for beers and friends.

One of my fav bars in DT RR. Every Thursday they do a FREE music bingo at 7pm. All genre and decades included! I’ve won once and the prize is a gift card for the bar (not useable on same night) other than that the food is very fresh and delicious. Avg pricing. The only downside and I don’t think it’s always the restaurant/bars fault but the service is pretty slow. Once I’ve got my stuff I notice I get helped quicker but the initial first interactions are pretty spaced out. I would allow at least 2 hours for a full experience here.

We used to come here because the food and the atmosphere. We were so disappointed yesterday after some months without coming. It look like they changed the chef and food was low quality, flavor was not like before and didn’t look well presented. (Lettuce was pretty old). Unfortunately we won’t come back for our favorite nachos :( More

It’s easy to give this place 5*! Happy hour is really worth a try. Free parking & a nice neighborhood to walk in is icing on the cake. BUT it’s tough to give 5 stars because I’m sure that 1 day there will be a line to get in because customers like me are so happy with the service!!! (& the prices) More

Never approached to see if we needed to order anything. Never greeted, no food, no water. Had a meeting and left to eat elsewhere.
Update* The manager was nice enough to contact me and let me share my experience. I did go again and had a chance to try food & drinks. The spicy margarita was delicious & the impossible(vegan) burger was yummy. My friend enjoyed her wine and salad. All portions were just perfect, and food came out pretty fast.
As my friend arrived first, she did tell me she waited about 20 minutes before she was helped. When I arrived, I was greeted and received a drink right away. However, when trying to order food, I had to wave a worker down, as they were all in conversation.
Overall, okay.

I recently met some colleagues here for some brainstorming and it was a great place for that! Crowded enough during Happy Hour, but still enjoyable and private enough for conversation. The drink selection was great and everyone found something for them! Parking was easy and the service was excellent. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely scrumptious food and a huge selection of beers…I also love that my pup is welcome on the cozy patio. Allen and Tristan are gems of human beings, and I appreciate not only their knowledge about the selection, but their attention to detail and ability to ensure our rather extensive food to go orders have been correct down to the finest detail. I’ve lived up the street for 13 years, and with the menu upgrade and stellar service, I’ll be visiting Brass Tap much more often. Thanks guys!
